You’ll start receiving CVs straight into your ATS - a mix of responses from advertising and profiles sourced by your consultant. It’s a constant stream from both sides: job boards and targeted headhunting happening together.
Stage 3 - Interviews & Upgrade Option
Set up your own interviews from advert responses. Or upgrade at an additional fee for your dedicated consultant to deal with these applicants at the same time as dealing with the sourced candidates.

With an initial outlay of just £390 + VAT, your campaign includes job board exposure and applicant filtering. If you hire a candidate from our sourced recruitment service, you will benefit from the initial advert cost being deducted from the already reduced fee of 12%, or should you hire from the advert response managed by us - it’s 5%
